By creating an account or using JF Motion Studio, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact information (email + WhatsApp number) during signup.
2. License
Each paid license is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime activation for the device it is first bound to. Multi-device use, sharing, or resale will result in immediate revocation without refund.
3. Acceptable use
Use the software in compliance with Amazon's Associates Program policies and the policies of any other platform you publish to. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke accounts for fraud, abuse, or any activity that puts our service or other users at risk.
4. NO REFUNDS — FINAL SALE
We provide a fully-featured free trial (all features unlocked) so every prospective buyer can evaluate the software BEFORE paying. The current trial duration is shown on the Pricing page. Because of this, ALL paid purchases are final and non-refundable. Please test the trial thoroughly and contact us with any pre-sale questions BEFORE you pay. 5. Service availability
We strive for high uptime but make no guarantees. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may temporarily disrupt service. Lifetime activation is for the software license itself, not for any specific server-side feature uptime.
6. Updates
We may push updates to the software at our discretion, including mandatory updates required for continued operation.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
