No refunds are available for JF Motion Studio.
We provide a fully-featured free trial (all features unlocked) so every prospective buyer can verify the software works for them BEFORE paying. Because of this, all paid purchases are final.
Why we don't offer refunds
- You get a full trial with every feature unlocked — there is no need to "test by paying".
- Each license is a one-time purchase with a lifetime activation — once delivered, it can't be returned the way a physical product can.
- This is a digital product. The moment the license key is bound to your device, you have everything you paid for.
What you should do BEFORE buying
- Sign up and activate the free trial — current duration is shown on the Pricing page.
- Run end-to-end tests on YOUR videos — TTS, subtitle accuracy, render quality, automation.
- If anything doesn't work the way you need it to, contact us on WhatsApp or WhatsApp BEFORE you pay. We are happy to help.
4. Only buy when you're confident the software fits your workflow.
After payment we cannot process refunds. No exceptions. By completing a paid purchase, you confirm that you have evaluated the software via the free trial and accept this policy.
